Everything You Need to Know
Be Amazing Events (B.A.E.) is a full-service event planning and design company specialising in creating unforgettable experiences for communities, corporations and private clients. We bring creativity, precision and
flawless execution to every detail.
Corporate events, resident and community experiences, private celebrations, networking events and specialty activations. That covers everything from leadership summits and grand openings to weddings, milestone birthdays,
showers, graduations and pet parties.
We produce events nationwide and internationally, and we travel regularly for multi-site clients — we have delivered events in more than twenty cities. Tell us where you are and we will confirm.
Yes, and it is one of our specialisms. We run resident engagement programmes for luxury apartment communities and property management groups, designed to build community and support resident retention.
One team handles planning, décor, catering, rentals and coordination, so you are not managing five suppliers. Every event is built to a custom strategy rather than a fixed package, and we stay through cleanup.
Book a consultation. We will talk through your goals, audience, date and budget, then send a written proposal with a costed plan and a design direction.
For large events we recommend three to six months. Smaller gatherings often come together in four to six weeks. If your date is close, ask anyway — we hold some capacity for short-notice work.
Four stages. Discover, where we learn your vision, goals, audience and budget. Design, where we build a customised strategy and proposal. Execute, where our team manages every detail. Celebrate, where you enjoy the
event while we run it.
Yes. We build a costed plan up front and tell you plainly where money is best spent and where it is not. If something is not achievable at your budget we say so early rather than late.
Often, yes. Availability depends on the date and the scope. Smaller events get the same process, just compressed.
Yes. If you have planned the event yourself and want someone to run the day, we take over the timeline, the vendors and the on-site management.
You get one point of contact through the whole engagement, supported by our production team on site. You are not passed between coordinators.
Event strategy, creative concept development, styling and décor, catering and hospitality, entertainment, premium rentals, vendor coordination, on-site management, and setup and cleanup.
Both. We cater in-house and we also work alongside a caterer you have already chosen. Either way we coordinate the service flow so it fits the run of show.
Yes. Styling, balloon installations, backdrops, lounge furniture and the 360° photo booth can all be booked without full planning.
Booth attendants, delivery, setup and takedown, a branded logo or design overlay, a digital sharing station, unlimited videos, and a 45-inch stage that fits up to six people.
Yes. We maintain a trusted network including DJs, caterers, videographers, photographers, private chefs and live bands.
Weddings, milestone birthdays, anniversaries, engagements, bridal and baby showers, graduations, family reunions, brunches and pet parties.
Leadership summits, client appreciation evenings, product launches, grand openings, team building days and holiday parties.
Resident appreciation evenings, seasonal celebrations, poolside experiences, wellness and lifestyle events, networking events and holiday celebrations.
Yes. Curated mixers, educational evenings, vendor showcases and business socials, designed so conversations actually start rather than leaving it to chance.
No fixed minimum. We have produced intimate gatherings and events for several hundred guests. Scope and staffing scale with the number.
Pricing is quoted per event, based on scope, guest count, date and services. You receive an itemised proposal before anything is booked, so you can see what each element costs.
A signed agreement and a deposit secure your date. The balance schedule is set out in your proposal. Dates are not held without both.
Details are confirmed with your proposal and invoice. Ask during your consultation if you have a specific requirement.
Cancellation and rescheduling terms are set out in your event agreement and vary with how close to the date the change falls. We will walk you through them before you sign.
Yes. Certificates of insurance can be provided for venues and property management partners on request.
